The purpose of this study was to examine how teacher job satisfaction and principal academic supervision effect organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). researchers employed a path analysis model quantitative methodology. There were 114 studies 160 participants in the study. principal's (3 2 items), (21 work motivation (20 behaviors (OCB) (31 things), all which have undergone validity reliability testing, used as instruments for data collection. utilized analyze study's data. findings revealed that had an on (OCB), with These also motivation, through motivation.
